Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers to ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Ensure floor presentation is maintained and products are properly replenished
• Assist with flyer products and price changes
• Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, climbing, bending, and manual handling of materials

Requirements

• High level of energy and strong customer service skills
• Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
• Physical mobility required for standing, bending, and lifting/moving stock
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred
