Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers to ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively
• Ensure floor presentation is maintained and products are properly replenished
• Assist with flyer products and price changes
• Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, climbing, bending, and manual handling of materials

Requirements

• High energy and a positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and ask for help when needed
• Physical mobility required for standing, walking, and lifting/moving stock
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year or more of retail experience preferred
