Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Learn the trade, products, and customer needs through hands-on training
• Take responsibility for specific departments within the store
• Provide excellent service to customers and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Assist with physical tasks, such as moving furniture and organizing stock
• Work towards a clear career path leading to Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager roles

Requirements

• An ambitious mindset with a desire to grow into leadership positions
• Customer-oriented approach and a love for working with people
• Physically fit and capable of handling the manual aspects of retail work
• A hands-on mentality and a willingness to learn from the ground up
