Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire customers through styling and product knowledge
• Maximize sales and provide friendly customer service
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and client books
• Drive sales through personal partnerships with wardrobe stylists
• Handle point-of-sale transactions including sales, exchanges, and refunds
• Support store operations including displays, stock transfers, and merchandise receiving
• Participate in store events and management meetings

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience
• Experience in luxury designer or multi-label retail preferred
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with POS, Inventory Management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing 20 pounds or more
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
