Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Guide and inspire customers through styling and product knowledge
• Maximize sales and provide friendly, welcoming customer service
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and client books
• Drive sales through personal connections and partnerships with wardrobe stylists
• Handle point-of-sale transactions including sales, exchanges, and refunds
• Support store operations including displays, stock transfers, and merchandise receiving
• Participate in store events and team meetings
• Communicate feedback and daily business recaps to management

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience (luxury or contemporary preferred)
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with POS, Inventory Management systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing 20 pounds or more
