Sales Associate - Investment Solution Growth

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs across various asset classes
• Provide pipeline support by assisting with CRM updates, tracking leads, and monitoring sales targets
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into sales performance
• Support senior colleagues in marketing efforts and collaborate with compliance teams to ensure regulatory standards are met
• Assist with responses to RFPs, pitches, and due diligence processes for investment solutions

Requirements

• Degree level education in any discipline
• Demonstrated interest in investments and a desire to deepen industry knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build internal networks
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Power BI is beneficial but not essential

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in investment management, marketing content production, or client service
• Interest in utilizing AI tools (e.g., CoPilot) to improve workflow efficiency
