About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and proposals tailored to client needs across various asset classes.
- Provide pipeline support by assisting with CRM updates, tracking leads, and monitoring progress against sales targets.
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into sales performance.
- Support senior colleagues in marketing efforts and collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all materials meet regulatory standards.
- Assist with responses to RFPs, pitches, and due diligence processes for investment solutions.
Requirements
- Degree level education in any discipline.
- Demonstrated interest in investments and a desire to deepen financial knowledge.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional networks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in investment management, marketing content production, or client service.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM for managing sales data.
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating data dashboards.
- Interest in utilizing AI tools (e.g., CoPilot) to improve workflow efficiency.
