Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers to identify needs and advise on home furnishing solutions
• Utilize IKEA sales and communication channels effectively
• Contribute to department goals and implement planned commercial activities
• Maximize sales and profitability by steering towards top-selling and prioritized products
• Analyze and adjust sales space capacities to ensure high stock availability
• Support IKEA's social and environmental sustainability commitments

Requirements

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Business-minded and result-driven with a strong customer focus
• Experience in a customer-oriented or commercial business environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service industry
• Proactive communication skills and confidence in approaching people
• Interest in home furnishing and everyday life at home
• Strong personal discipline and attention to detail
