Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by assessing needs and providing assistance
• Maintain department cleanliness, tidiness, and proper product display
• Ensure items are correctly priced and fully stocked
• Actively steer top-selling and prioritized products to maximize sales
• Support all sales mechanisms and activities organized by the department and store

Requirements

• Customer-service oriented with a passion for driving business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit to handle physical work and retail hours
• Ability to commit to rotating shift work, including weekends and public holidays
• Passion for home furnishing and life at home details
