Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by assessing needs and providing assistance
• Maintain department cleanliness, tidiness, and proper product displays
• Ensure items are correctly priced and fully stocked
• Actively steer top-selling and prioritized products to maximize sales

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit to handle retail work and physical tasks
• Ability to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Passion for home furnishing
