Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assess customer needs and provide information and solutions for their homes
• Maintain department cleanliness and ensure items are properly displayed, priced, and stocked
• Actively steer top-selling and prioritized products to maximize sales
• Support the implementation of planned commercial activities
• Analyze and adjust sales space capacities to secure high stock availability

Requirements

• Customer-service oriented with a passion for driving business
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit to handle physical work, assemble furniture, and stand for retail hours
• Ability to commit to rotating shift work, including weekends and public holidays
• Passion for home furnishing and life at home details
