Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers to identify needs and advise on home furnishing solutions
• Utilize IKEA sales and communication channels to assist customers
• Maintain area cleanliness, tidiness, pricing, and stock levels
• Ensure IKEA basic merchandising standards are met
• Share product knowledge regarding features and benefits with customers and colleagues
• Contribute to department goals and maximize sales while maintaining profitability

Requirements

• Business-minded and result-driven with a customer focus
• Experience in a customer-oriented or commercial business
• Confident in proactive customer engagement
• Interest in home furnishing and everyday life at home
• Disciplined, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to multiskill across different store sections
• Availability to work weekends, shift hours, and public holidays
