Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers to identify needs and advise on home solutions
• Maintain clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked areas following merchandising standards
• Share product knowledge with customers and colleagues
• Offer available store services to enhance the shopping experience
• Maximize sales and profitability by steering towards top-selling products
• Handle cashiering duties
• Manage stock ordering and replenishment

• Ability to communicate politely and friendly with diverse people
