Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Approach and listen to customers to provide in-depth product knowledge
• Ensure home furnishing business areas are clean, tidy, and fully stocked
• Assist customers with product information and in-store services
• Actively steer top-selling products to maximize sales
• Respond quickly to commercial opportunities and customer feedback
• Maintain store tidiness by returning loose articles to respective areas

Requirements

• Interest in home furnishing and everyday life at home
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused service environment
• Strong understanding of excellent customer service and problem-solving
• Ability to handle customer enquiries and perform manual tasks
• Ability to stand for long hours during retail hours
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to commit to at least 3 months
