Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers to identify needs and advise on home furnishing solutions
• Ensure the shop is well-stocked and follows merchandising basics
• Utilize IKEA sales and communication channels effectively
• Maintain area cleanliness, tidiness, and correct pricing
• Share product knowledge and passion with customers and colleagues

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Passion for selling and achieving goals
• Strong interest in home furnishing and the IKEA product range
• Understanding of local market and competition
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
