Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers to identify needs and advise on home furnishing solutions
• Utilize IKEA sales and communication channels effectively
• Support the implementation of planned commercial activities within the department
• Maximize sales and profitability by steering towards top-selling and prioritized products
• Analyze and adjust sales space capacities to ensure high stock availability
• Contribute to IKEA's social and environmental sustainability commitments

• Business-minded and result-driven with a strong customer focus
• Experience in a customer-oriented or commercial business environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service industry
