Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Actively approach customers to identify needs and advise on home furnishing solutions
• Maintain area cleanliness, tidiness, pricing, and stock levels
• Ensure IKEA merchandising standards are met
• Support payments, exchanges, returns, and click and collect processes
• Optimize the shopping experience to increase sales and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to "First Time Right" customer service goals

Requirements

• Ability to commit to a minimum 24-hour work week
• Availability for shift work, including at least two weekdays and weekends
• Confident in approaching and communicating with people politely
• Proactive attitude toward selling and customer assistance
• Clear and confident communication skills in English
• Interest in home furnishing and the IKEA product range
