Sales Associate III

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted stylist and advisor, helping customers discover and express their personal style through Kate Spade products.
• Greet guests warmly and provide expert styling advice, suggesting add-ons and creating complete looks.
• Drive sales results through strong customer connections, storytelling, and deep product knowledge.
• Maintain operational excellence, including stockroom organization and processing POS transactions.
• Guide customers through the purchase decision process to ensure a seamless checkout experience.

Requirements

• Proven professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal communication abilities.
• Previous experience working in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively within a team.
• Social media awareness and a willingness to learn omni-channel or virtual selling techniques.
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly, as well as climb, bend, and kneel.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
