Sales Associate III

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized styling advice to help customers express their personal style.
• Actively listen to customer needs and suggest complete looks, including add-ons and seasonal trends.
• Drive sales results through brand storytelling and deep product knowledge across all categories.
• Maintain operational excellence by managing stockroom organization and processing POS transactions.
• Guide customers through the purchase process to ensure a seamless and celebratory checkout experience.

Requirements

• Proven professional selling skills and experience in a retail environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively within a team.
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly, as well as climb, bend, and kneel.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Social media awareness and an interest in learning omni-channel or virtual selling techniques.
• Experience with luxury or lifestyle brand storytelling.
