Sales Associate III

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador by delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored fashion advice.
• Drive sales and meet individual and team KPIs through cross-selling and upselling.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat business.
• Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following asset protection procedures.
• Support inventory cycles by receiving shipments and managing product movement.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays (Sunday availability is required).
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly, as well as climb, bend, and kneel.
• Strong English language proficiency.

• Background in luxury retail.
• Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations.
• Proven skills in clienteling and data acquisition.
