Sales Associate III

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to high standards of style and service
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored customer recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to drive repeat business
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and personal sales plans
• Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, and visual merchandising
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom
• Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and online pickups

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred)
• Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in luxury retail
• Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos
• Strong clienteling and data acquisition skills
