Sales Associate II

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering an elevated and personalized shopping experience.
• Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored customer recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to drive repeat business.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and personal sales plans.
• Manage daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and online pickups.

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Proficiency with POS operations and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in luxury retail.
• Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demos.
• Strong clienteling and data acquisition skills.
