Sales Associate II

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, providing personalized assistance and anticipating their needs.
• Act as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement within the local market.
• Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle transactions in compliance with company policy.
• Drive sales by suggesting add-on products and promoting gift cards.
• Manage inventory by receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and transfers.
• Maintain sales floor visual standards, replenish stock, and execute merchandising updates.
• Adhere to housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience (sales, cashier, or stock), preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and the competitive marketplace.
• Proficiency with cash register systems, basic computer skills, and mobile POS technology.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong English proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling.
