Responsibilities

• Create and prioritise a list of target accounts based on growth objectives
• Identify and implement effective strategies to improve our outbound inside sales engine
• Identify, attract and engage with potential customers to build up pipeline using email, phone, social, and chat
• Build up knowledge about our product and its value to customers
• Assess mutual fit quickly while providing potential customers with a delightful experience
• Collect insights and share with the Product team to help improve the product

Requirements

• 1 or 2 years of sales or customer-facing work experience, ideally in SaaS
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional listening skills and ability to empathise with customers
• Methodological and highly organised with problem-solving propensity
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and self-driven
