Responsibilities

• Deliver Customer Service Excellence while building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers
• Manage CRM data gathering and ensure high data quality
• Contribute to achieving location performance targets and individual KPIs
• Support transaction handling, including complaints and returns
• Participate in regular training sessions to continuously develop professional skills
• Support operations related to loss prevention and stock management
• Utilize business systems and the latest technology to drive efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
• An excellent understanding of the premium fashion industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and brand knowledge
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to business needs
• Proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• High level of cultural knowledge and awareness
