Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Represent the HUGO BOSS brand to the highest standards in all daily activities
• Provide excellent customer service and surpass expectations at every opportunity
• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs
• Identify customer needs and provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and usage
• Maintain store tidiness and ensure the assortment is properly stocked

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury fashion segment
• Fluent communication skills in both French and English
• Flexible availability, including ability to work evenings and weekends
• Residing near Brussels
• Driven, professional appearance, and a customer-oriented attitude
