Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Represent the HUGO BOSS brand to the highest standards in all daily activities
• Provide excellent customer service and surpass expectations at every opportunity
• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPIs
• Identify customer needs and answer product-related questions regarding price, features, and benefits
• Maintain store tidiness and ensure the assortment is properly stocked

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury fashion segment is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
• Living near Brussels
• Driven with an open attitude and a professional, representative appearance
