Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming community members with enthusiasm
• Maintain product expertise, operational best practices, and brand representation
• Assist in stock management, deliveries, and replenishment
• Ensure the safety and well-being of customers and team members by adhering to health and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and provide feedback to the team
• Meet individual and team sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experience with inventory management and restocking
• Ability to adjust to changing store needs and seasonal demands
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Clear, friendly, and effective communication skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Full eligibility to work in the Netherlands
• Availability to work weekends and bank holidays
