Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in accordance with company standards
• Advise and suggest products to customers using product knowledge
• Perform merchandising to ensure attractive sections and maintain order in aisles
• Participate in product returns, transfers, and receptions according to established procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail and/or customer service
• Strong general culture and interest in cultural products, games, toys, and gift items
• Ability to stand all day and lift/move boxes
