Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and product education
• Build a client book through personalized experiences and relationship building
• Understand the local community to cater to the specific client demographic
• Maintain a visually enticing, neat, and clean store aesthetic
• Replenish and tag current and new merchandise
• Seek proactive sales opportunities

Requirements

• 0-2+ years of retail experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to perform effective selling techniques
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Suite
• Ability to lift/carry/move up to 50lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, and weekends
