Responsibilities

• Maximize sales by delivering excellent customer service, product knowledge, and brand history
• Provide an elevated and unmatched experience that is uniquely Flight Club
• Greet, acknowledge, and assist customers throughout their entire consumer journey
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store
• Maintain all sales floor standards and execute operational tasks for smooth functioning
• Act as a product expert by consistently seeking new sneaker and fashion knowledge
• Build positive professional relationships with clients and team members
• Handle store phone inquiries with professional etiquette and expert product knowledge

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• A genuine passion for and knowledge of sneakers and fashion
• Strong communication skills and an approachable, enthusiastic personality
• Effective problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• A positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit to exceed sales goals
• Ability to relate to and represent Flight Club's core values
