About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product demonstrations, applications, and routine building
  • Meet and exceed business objectives and key performance indicators such as AOV and UPT
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships through thoughtful clienteling efforts
  • Manage inventory, restock products, and process shipment receipts with high accuracy
  • Maintain store facilities and uphold visual presentation standards
  • Collaborate with the store team on special projects, product launches, and in-store events

Requirements

  • Passion for creating meaningful personal interactions and customer experiences
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
