About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through product demonstrations, applications, and routine building
- Meet and exceed business objectives and key performance indicators such as AOV and UPT
- Develop and nurture customer relationships through thoughtful clienteling efforts
- Manage inventory, restock products, and process shipment receipts with high accuracy
- Maintain store facilities and uphold visual presentation standards
- Collaborate with the store team on special projects, product launches, and in-store events
Requirements
- Passion for creating meaningful personal interactions and customer experiences
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to promoting inclusion and belonging
- Ability to drive sales while maintaining a hospitality mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment
- Prior experience with POS or inventory management systems
