Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins and incoming calls
• Process sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and customer payments
• Manage stocking, cleaning, merchandising, and store maintenance
• Assist in unloading received merchandise
• Maintain product knowledge to provide information to customers
• Identify and refer new business leads to outside sales representatives
• Utilize the BisTrack system for inventory and POS tasks

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform basic math for sales and quantities
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in various environments including tight spaces and extreme temperatures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service roles
• General knowledge of the construction industry
