Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins and incoming calls
• Process sales orders, quotes, pricing requests, and payments
• Manage stocking, cleaning, merchandising, and store maintenance
• Assist in unloading merchandise
• Maintain product knowledge and provide information to customers
• Identify new business leads for outside sales representatives
• Utilize the BisTrack system for inventory and POS tasks

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform basic math for sales and quantities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work in various environments, including extreme temperatures
• Proficiency in problem-solving and time management

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service roles
• General knowledge of the construction industry
