• Greet, acknowledge, and assist customers throughout their entire consumer journey
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store success
• Maintain sales floor standards and execute operational tasks for smooth store functioning
• Answer store phones with professional etiquette and provide expert product information
• Build positive, long-lasting relationships with clients and team members

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Deep passion and knowledge of sneakers and fashion
• Strong communication skills and an approachable, enthusiastic personality
• Effective problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including required weekend availability
