Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Territory Manager to support sales growth, manage inventory, and cover accounts within the assigned territory.
• Assist in identifying and qualifying potential sales leads and cultivating relationships with surgeons, physicians, and therapists.
• Provide direct patient care by fitting patients with products and educating them on safe and appropriate use.
• Manage administrative tasks including insurance authorizations, pre-verification, and accurate documentation for billing.
• Coordinate daily and weekly scheduling to ensure proper coverage for patient appointments and clinician calls.
• Maintain thorough chronological records on patient accounts and follow up on open accounts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including considerable time spent traveling by car.
• Willingness to remain in the Sales Associate role for a minimum of one year.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience with Salesforce.com.
