Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Territory Manager to meet and exceed business targets and quotas
• Identify and qualify potential sales leads to expand the customer base
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and other device users
• Provide product education on technical and clinical aspects to customers and patients
• Measure, fit, and troubleshoot products, including custom braces
• Manage inventory levels and assist with equipment delivery and setup
• Prepare and submit accurate paperwork required for insurance billing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related healthcare field
• Valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight stays
• Willingness to remain in the Sales Associate role for a minimum of one year
• Ability to relocate within the specified geography upon assignment to a Territory Manager role

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare industry experience in customer service or sales
• Training in orthopedic therapeutic devices
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes
