Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide the best customer experience and meet individual customer needs
• Build and maintain customer loyalty
• Manage store product tasks including alarm-tagging, folding, and ironing
• Handle alterations, returns, reserves, and orders
• Ensure product displays are constantly replenished and correctly laid out
• Assist with managing store inventory

Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment
• Customer-oriented approach with an energetic and friendly attitude
• Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Initiative and a proactive mindset
• Sensitivity and a natural taste for fashion
