Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including shortage prevention and inventory control
• Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators
• Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, and pricing
• Assist in various departments such as visual presentation and stock room management
• Contribute to an enjoyable and collaborative team environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Certificate preferred
• 1 to 2 years of retail experience preferred
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 15kg or more with assistance
