Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, merchandising, and stockroom operations
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives
• Adhere to all company policies, including Asset Protection, inventory control, and shortage prevention
• Maintain visual presentation and product placement to create a seamless shopping experience

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and move merchandise using appropriate equipment
• Ability to climb and descend ladders while carrying merchandise
• Strong team-first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
