Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Support daily retail operations including POS system management and stock replenishment
• Assist with visual presentation, product placement, and stock room management
• Execute pricing, markdown processes, and promotion of loyalty programs
• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards
• Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and teammates
• A proactive approach to tasks with high attention to detail
