Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model
• Proactively contribute to an enjoyable team environment by sharing ideas and suggestions
• Assist in various departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management
• Support daily retail operations such as Point of Sale (POS) management, stock replenishment, pricing, and markdown processes
• Collaborate with Store Management to improve personal key performance indicators through sales-driven techniques
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies, including inventory control and shortage prevention

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Possess at least SPM / O Level qualification or above
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
• Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email, with the ability to operate a POS system
• A strong desire to succeed in a high-growth, fast-paced retail setting
