Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Assist in all store departments, including POS management, merchandising, and stockroom operations
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations and brand initiatives
• Adhere to all company policies, including asset protection, inventory control, and shortage prevention
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and core values

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, or balance for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
• Ability to climb and descend ladders and move merchandise to and from the sales floor
• Strong communication skills to read instructions and input information into computer/register screens
