Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying the C.H.A.R.M service model
• Assist in all store departments, including POS management, merchandising, and stockroom operations
• Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and brand initiatives
• Adhere to all company policies, including asset protection and inventory control

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise to and from the sales floor
