Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create a pleasant and dynamic environment for our customers
• Contribute to daily sales and KPI goals through consistent customer service
• Maintain operational and sales promotion standards
• Collaborate with team members on merchandising, product flow, and store processes
• Ensure a basic understanding of footwear, apparel, and accessories
• Support high standards for store cleanliness and safety
• Adhere to all store policies and procedures
• Maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
• Fluency in both German and English
• Ability to perform physical retail tasks, including standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and handling shipments
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
• Basic math skills and fundamental computer literacy
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
