Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create a pleasant and dynamic environment for customers
• Contribute to daily sales and KPI goals
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service
• Maintain operational and sales promotion standards
• Collaborate with team members on merchandising, product flow, and tasks
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the store
• Follow all store guidelines, procedures, and policies
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience preferred
• Fluency in both German and English
• Ability to perform physical retail tasks, including standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and handling shipments
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues
• Basic math and computer skills
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
