Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide training and in-the-moment coaching to associates to ensure high-quality consumer engagement
• Support store leadership in executing merchandising directives and maintaining product presentation standards
• Supervise an assigned department to drive sales through product knowledge and visual merchandising
• Ensure timely replenishment of the sales floor and maintain store cleanliness
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure compliance with company policies and resolve operational issues
• Foster a culture of teamwork and lead by example to uphold company values

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 2-5 years of retail experience in a similar position or specialization
• Proficiency operating Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory software
• Strong communication skills to effectively exchange information with team members and consumers
• Physical ability to move about constantly and lift/move items weighing up to 40 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule that may change seasonally
