Sales Associate - Color & Curl Concierge

Responsibilities

• Provide expert color and curl/texture consulting services to professional beauty salons, barbers, spas, and licensed cosmetologists
• Drive brand awareness and market share through product education, both in-store and virtually
• Build lasting relationships with professional customers to increase retention and loyalty
• Utilize market analysis to introduce new products and concepts to the professional community
• Maintain high standards for color and curl merchandising, including signage and display techniques
• Manage customer concerns and questions in a timely and effective manner
• Perform standard store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and bank deposits

Requirements

• One year of retail or sales-focused experience
• Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred
• Ability to pass the Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
• Reliable transportation to service designated stores and markets
• Ability to travel to shows and sales meetings at least three times per year
• Strong business acumen and ability to interpret sales reporting
• Proficiency with POS applications, mobile devices, and social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of inventory control systems and visual merchandising
• Experience in the professional beauty industry
