About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and build relationships with regular customers
- Merchandise products and execute marketing campaigns
- Maintain bakery cleanliness and assist with production/baking as needed
- Support local community events and the 'End of Day Giving' program

- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
- Ability to stand/walk continuously and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 22 kg
- Retail and cash handling experience is a strong asset
