About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences and adhering to Coach service standards.
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and proactive clienteling.
- Drive sales and meet individual and team KPIs through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
- Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture customer data and encourage repeat business.
- Execute daily operational tasks including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stockroom while following asset protection procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail experience preferred).
- Proficiency in POS operations and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS).
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in luxury retail.
- Social media savvy with experience in live-stream shopping or video demonstrations.
- Proven skills in clienteling and data acquisition.
